Obamacare, High Gas Prices and Inflation
Lets start with how the financial crises started in 2007 and 2008. During that time gas prices doubled from $2.50 to almost $5.00 a gallon. As a result, the cost of gas per month for the average working family went from $350 a month to $700 a month. As a result of this increase - consumers stopped going out to eat, buying electronics, spending on entertainment and cut back on clothing in order to make up for the cost of the gas increase. I know - because I was one of these people! Businesses like restaurants began to close as they could not afford to stay open. At the same time - consumers were over extended - purchasing homes they could barely afford because of an ease on lending practices. A multiplier effect occurred - as businesses closed and individuals lost their jobs they could not pay their mortgages. It was a downward spiral.

Now Obama has imposed Obamacare on the American people. In reality, it is a wealth distribution plan. The health care premiums will be an increase of $200 to $700 dollars a month on the American family. As a result, they will be in the same situation at the time gas prices increased that started the financial crises 6 years ago. Consumers will have to forgo eating out in restaurants, buying electronics, buying new clothes and so on to pay for the premium increase in their monthly budget.

However - what happens if gas prices spike on top of the health care premiums people are required to pay? Instead of $200 to $700 monthly increase in bills on the American family it will be a $500 to $1,000 increase in monthly expenses.

We also know that the Obama administration has been printing money at a pace unprecedented in our history. If inflation sets in and food prices increase... you will have Obamacare high premiums, high gas prices and high food prices. I can tell you - the result will be total destruction of the American economy!
